How It Should Have Ended (HISHE)
Internet Content Creators:  (Parody Animated Webseries with over One Billion Views)

How It Should Have Ended (HISHE) began in 2005 when Daniel Baxter and Tommy Watson returned home from the movies and laughingly discussed various alternate endings. Daniel proposed the idea of making short, parody animations of new endings to some of our favorite movies. Tina Alexander previously worked with Daniel on some live action short films and joined the team soon after the completion of the first animation, How Matrix Revolutions Should Have Ended.

In July 2005, WWW.HOWITSHOULDHAVEENDED.COM was born and within a month we were featured on a nationally syndicated radio show twice and posted on several popular and highly trafficked websites. The company was awarded “Best Internet Parody” for How Superman Should Have Ended in the 2006 Scream Awards on Spike TV and was featured in an MTV® Comedy and Talent Showcase at the Hollywood Improv. In April 2010, How It Should Have Ended was honored to win the Streamy Award for Best Animated Web Series! We have also been featured in Wired magazine, MTV News, Tubefilter, Cinema Blend, CNN, and many more.

Daniel Baxter (Artist/Animator) is the producer for How It Should Have Ended. He has a background in art, editing, and video production. HISHE was born out of his passion for movies and making people laugh.

Tina Alexander is the producer for How It Should Have Ended and a co-writer and creator alongside Daniel Baxter. Tina has a background in writing and film production and a love for all things movie related.

The rest of the full time team includes Chris Oldenburg (Animator/Editor) and Karley Barrows (Production Coordinator). We also work with a slew of talented people on a part time basis that make our productions possible, from artist and animators to musicians and actors!

We are incredibly grateful to our 5 million+ subscribers at WWW.YOUTUBE.COM/HOWITSHOULDHAVEENDED and all of our fans!

How It Should Have Ended - Danile Baxter - Tina Alexander

RJ Haddy
Industry Guest:  (Visual Effects Artist - Contestant: Season 2 of FACE OFF)

A native of Charleston, WV, it was obvious to every one but Rj, from a very early age that he would become known for the extroverted, yet down to earth and kind personality he exhibited on the show. He has also had quite a penchant for the creative flair since that time as well.

Due to the mesmerizing effect the visual imagery in the Star Wars saga had on him as a youngn’, Rj began making 3 dimensional art projects in Kindergarten and hasn’t stopped yet. He has a love of the creative process and enjoys the ability to see a project through from the very beginning conceptual phases all the way to the performance, literally bringing it to life.

Combining his love of creation and performance he naturally gravitated to Puppeteering. He was influenced largely at this time by the films The Dark Crystal, Little Shop of Horrors, and Labyrinth. But it wasn’t until Rj discovered the films of Tim Burton that he learned that make up artistry and puppeteering and costuming were all very similar skill sets that criss crossed over into each other.

Starting with Beetleguse, and Batman literally one year apart he became mesmerized with something new … Prosthetic make up. The names Nick Dudman (for his amazing Joker make up) and Ve Neill ( for her Beetlejuice and Penguin creations) would be forever burned into his brain, along side Rick Baker, Stan Winston, Greg Cannom, and Jack Pierce his other make up artistry idols.

UnoriginalSam
Cosplay Guest:  (Costume Contest Judge)

In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit- but not too far away (actually very very far away the biographer is a lying liar who lies) lived a short lady named Sam (the not brave- true story). Her story doesn't end or begin with cool magic rings or a mountain of any kind (thanks Florida...) but with an anime con. A small one in those old days known as Jacon 01. Her other friends went in costumes they toiled endlessly on, and she went in things bought and altered from a Goodwill. But from there her love of costuming began.

Sam spent years (and far too much money) learning this art form. From high school and college productions to more conventions from coast to coast, winning some awards at some, crying in a hotel room still sewing in others, thanking all the while the goddess known as coffee.

Little by little her skills improved, and she gained a pretty awesome craft room along the way (many comics where sacrificed), learning the art of corsetry, which she now humbly sells on Etsy with her heterosexual life mate. And then the tides changed. Instead of attending conventions, she was helping run them, and instead of entering costume contests, she was judging them.

Deciding that this was the path for her in all its nerdy glory, she persevered and made it a full-time occupation. Sam (the not brave- but broke) currently works as a seamstress for a park with far too many princesses, creating new (but ultimately the same) looks for these well beloved figures. Her story is till continuing, but only as long as the coffee lasts.

Sam was a 2019 Her Universe contestant at San Diego Comic Con!

The Legion seeks to promote interest in Star Wars through the building and wearing of quality costumes, and to facilitate the use of these costumes for Star Wars-related events as well as contributions to the local community through costumed charity and volunteer work..."

To Promote Interest in Star Wars
While a growing number of people are experiencing a reawakening of their Star Wars fandom, new generations are seeking ways to celebrate their passion for George Lucas's modern mythology. The 501st Legion brings these fans together, reinforcing the enduring longevity of the Star Wars saga.

To Facilitate the Use of Costumes
Some fans are content to collect action figures...other fans want to be action figures. Nothing professes your passion quite like building your own detailed costume replica of a classic Star Wars villain, and there's nothing quite like the feeling that comes from bringing the characters of Star Wars into the real world and sharing the magic with others.

To Contribute
While our organization was founded to simply provide a collective identity for costuming fans with similar interests, the 501st is proud to put its resources to good use through fundraising, charity work, and volunteerism.
